As well as Correggiolo, which has larger, oval and green berries. There is a perfect combination in the body from the black olives and the scent from the green olives. The ancient trees grow in small olive groves on the beautiful slopes around Montenidoli. The trees are carefully pruned every year. It is harvested by hand in several rounds from the beginning of
